How to place my order?

To place an order, select the items and add them to your shopping cart while browsing our store. On the checkout page, you may key in your voucher or discount code (if any). Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information in detail and select your payment method upon making payment.  

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We regret that any order being processed cannot be edited or cancelled. Kindly check your order details carefully before proceed for payment. 

How long does it take to process my order?

How do I check the status of order processing and delivery?

You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number after the payment is made. Once your order has been processed, you will receive the shipment tracking information via email. Then, you may track your parcel here.

What happens, if my parcel fails to be delivered?

You are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to DREAMM due to attempted deliveries or insufficient/incorrect delivery information provided. Standard shipping fees will be charged for all parcels re-sent from DREAMM.
 Please make sure that the delivery address and mobile number are accurate for smooth delivery. 

I am sending the item purchased as a gift, can you hide my details and invoice?

Our packaging slip includes only the receiver’s information, your billing details will not be revealed. Printout invoice will not be included in the parcel, it will be emailed to you after payment is made. 

Can I choose a specific date for delivery?
