Kindly note that returns or exchanges are not allowed in the circumstances below:

- Personalized items.
- Free gifts
However, we accept return under reasonable circumstances, such as wrong items delivered or damage during shipment. Kindly email us at email@example.com or DM us on Facebook/ Instagram page within 5 calendar days of receiving the product(s).
To be eligible for a return/ exchange,
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging
- Presenting the receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Kindly send us your order number and photos of the product(s) received as evidence.
- Once approved, you are required to ship back the item to our address within 5 working days. Kindly share us the tracking number as a proof of return.
Refunds and Exchange
Once we receive the item returned, inspection is carried out. You will be informed regarding the status of your refund or exchange as soon as we can.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the initial method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you request an exchange, the item(s) will be shipped within 3 working days upon receiving the returned item(s). If the item is sold out, you will be refunded.
Shipping fees will be borne by DREAMM, if you receive wrong or defective item(s).
